Say NO MORE!

Dear Government Officials and all who want to listen,

As you may be aware, I am trying to purse an application with the Malta University to Study BOA Degree in Communications and International Relations; an application that has already been submitted and rejected. Here in this formal document, I would like to take the opportunity to appeal the decision.

I applied for mature age entry requiring no documents and was called for an interview on Thursday the 17th September, 2015.

The female security guard on campus seemed to be the first the know my results, who upon kicking me off the premises only two hours post-interview stated, '...no, you're not a student of this university and you never will be'; which came as a surprise because at the interview I was told that a decision will not be ready for release till the following week.

The biggest surprise was watching my husband enter the university with his latest female interest, as I left the campus – a private place to continue his extramarital affairs where he's obviously well supported – which is a crime against me, as his wife (a marriage that to this day remains legally binding and still intact (...no notices received to suggest otherwise)).

Since 5th October, 2015 (the commencement of university lectures), my husband has been sighted at the M'Dai Hospital upstairs with Medical Students each morning... and entertaining them after hours on grounds continuing his extramarital affairs in private; at a hospital that is closely tied to the Malta University.

Yesterday after becoming aware of his presence at the said hospital, I posted a concern online stating that 'I hope my application to study politics with the Malta University for 2015 has not been rejected because of my husband's use of the campus', as it was believed to be the major contributing factor for last year's failed application; and with regards to that application, if the Malta University had of given me adequate notice that I did not meet the New Criteria to study Faculty of Laws (a bar that was raised in 2014 requiring mature age applicants to all of a sudden produce documentation that puts me on the same level as high school graduates), I believe I would have been able to enter via the international office using my TEFL Certificate that I was in the process of completing, as advised; furthermore, I did not receive notices from the Malta University with regards to my application for the Faculty of Laws and was informed at the interview stages (which I attended on my own accord to find out what's going on), that I was not successful and therefore, was not called to the interview; a four year degree that I attempted to apply for in 2013 but was discouraged by administration who informed me one week prior to application cut off dates that I was too late, and to try and re-apply in 2014, however, I did not know they were going to raise the bar to make it practically unreachable for someone like me, who at this age can not produce such documentation... it was the same year in 2014, that my husband put in his application with the same university to complete his masters.

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied!

Yesterday afternoon I re-entered the M'Dai Cafeteria located within the hospital, who kindly provide me with their waste each night, as an alternative to throwing it all in the bin;;; and what a surprise, my husband was upstairs entertaining yet another medical student after hours, who was instructed by him to use the toilets on the Cafeteria grounds, despite having toilets readily available upstairs, to get close enough to me to illegally take my photo and then use that to file complaints on false pretenses getting the immediate attention of medical staff – and all this to have me thrown out and excluded from further entry, which will enable my husband to continue his ongoing affairs in private broadening his boundaries and support base from the university to the hospital grounds.

The unfortunate thing in all this dishonesty, is that my husband may have carefully calculated his associations with medical students, colluding and carrying on in such a way, because of their strong bonds with medical staff, as a result of their education – while I have been denied one.

This is what I define as cultural disgrace... …and the worst part of it all is this, which constitutes a crime in anyone's language:

In his most recent email, my husband made some very concerning admissions with what seemed like a sincere apology in writing, divulging details of collusion against me with a corrupt detective who has connections in Europol, to effectively silence my complaints via the mental health system copying certain Australian Authorities who illegally removed my children – that has forced me to personally claim sanctuary in Malta.

It's no secret that I AM A WHISTLE BLOWER and in Australia, a police officer (who's brother was believed to be a member of the Australian Federal Police Force) was dismissed from service because of sexual assault, crimes against women that should never be tolerated;;; a case that I brought to light to give the problem a voice, as a result of my direct experience of violence with the said officer who was abusing his power of position to say the least;;; which as a result of taking action against him via internal disciplinary procedures in accordance to police policies (governed by Christine Nixon at the time), I was subjected to police corruption on the quiet, a case stretched 7 years long;;; followed by an illegal cross reference from Australia to Malta, based on bribery and further crimes of corruption – in accordance to my husband's own admission who claims to be involved.

My husband in the said email went on the explain that he's accepted bribes and offers to be personally looked after by way of job security and sexual favors, using women of Malta (who seem to be complaint by way of stupidity) in the most disrespectful way – for one thing and one thing only – to please his bottom line. Nothing is in his name ensuring to evade all responsibility and keeping his reputation intact, and that's how evil flourishes and corruption continues as a result, but the problem I have with it all, aside for my strong sense for justice, is that it's coming at my expense and now it's apparently cost me an education.

I want to conclude by exposing the level of corruption still in play in accordance to my husband's own admissions. It's now his job with the assistance of certain members of the Maltese community who hold credibility and who's reputations are still intact – preferably those in the position of power accepting bribes for their illegal efforts – to reinstate the intervention of Europol, who will then be obliged to investigate in time for CHOGAM (hence my application to study at the Malta University being rejected; which if it was to be successful, illegal deportation would not be possible as it would then be a clear breach of my human rights to education to remove me, but only if I am already a student, he advised);;; because the Australian Authorities will be here in Malta and the aim he said, is to set me up failure on constructive grounds to enable illegal deportation, as so to return me in hands of Australian Authorities who will then make every effort to silence me once more via the Australian Mental Health system on illegal terms; and ultimately preventing my book from being published – a tell all documentary based on a true story of police corruption and crimes against women involving both Australian and Maltese Authorities, a crime that is yet to be silence – the story of my life and the truth that everyone fears!

I suppose my greatest concern is that if I wait another year, I run the risk of new rules for mature aged entry taking affect in 2016; in particular the University of Malta with the support of the relevant ministry (for Education and Employment) raising the bar so high that it becomes unreachable for mature age applicants (who can not produce documentation) that puts them on the same level as high school graduates applying for the same course – which effectively discriminates based on age; documents that at my age, I can not possibly be expected to produce (at 41 years), effectively closing me out of the equation all together; which is exactly what happened with my application for the Law Degree I placed with The Malta University in 2014 – there was another political issue at hand with regards the Law Degree that I applied for, however, there is no need re-hash at this point in time.

It is my understanding that The Labour Party is an Enabling Government that strongly supports Education, a government that has made every effort to eradicate all forms of corruption allowing people a voice, and therefore, it is not unreasonable to expect a successful application for a course that I applied with the Malta University to study Politics, (despite my somewhat diverse political views) as a mature aged applicant – an application requiring no documents that automatically qualifies me.

Here in this formal but open letter, I am asking for an education and protection and as 'the people's government', I'm sure that you can appreciate time is of the essence, as lectures have commenced Monday 5th September, 2015 – classes that I have missed as a result of time delays at hand – I am asking for my failed application to be overturned.
