I am a lot richer than you...

REALITY CHECK!

A) It is my understanding that when you are investigating someone for paranoia for example, you would be deemed unfit for such a task if your mind is already made up for a guilty verdict before you’ve thoroughly explored all the facts.

B) It not unreasonable to assume that if the person who is under such investigations is whistle-blower and the governing bodies that are being exposed are the ones who have called for such an investigation, then acting impartial is of utmost importance and investigators should be carefully selected based on their skill and proven moral responsibility; and where police corruption is suspected, ex-police or current police officers (who are taught brotherhood in the police academy as a matter of priority) should be excluded at all costs.

C) Where there is a conflict of interest, such persons should also be excluded from their involvement and/or giving of their opinions despite their credibility, which may have been obtained on dishonest terms, like husbands for example – especially when there are complaints against him of family violence, infidelity and crimes of corruption where bribery is believed to be at play...

The United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against women has stated that the perpetrator’s rights cannot supersede the victim’s HUMAN RIGHT to life and to physical and mental integrity...

Now for the facts!

When a guest occupies a computer next to me (and I am occupying the other one, and there are only two) I get off immediately, as so not to prevent any other guests from usage, simply because I am not a guest; and there has been a situation where a guest has used the computer next to me and then another guest had to wait because I was still typing away; It is my experience that at the Plevna Hotel guests don’t tell me that they are waiting for a computer to become available when both are occupied (and one is by me), they just sit in front of the TV unsatisfied; it is agreed with management of both hotels that the terms of my usage of the computers/internet service is that guests do not have to wait for me to get off, that I would make them a priority and ensure the computer I am using on good will becomes available after saving my work; in the spirit of compliance and for purpose of resolving the matter, as so to continue to have such a valuable resource available to me, I only use the computers when both are available.

Homelessness: It’s really annoying walking around at nights with nothing to do and nowhere in particular to go, biding your time to use a much needed resource that’s restricted during the day, like the internet (in my case); and it’s to the credit of the hotel’s who are allowing it. What this means for me is often I get to a street corner at nights just walking around and I don’t know which way to turn next because all I’m actually doing is biding my time – I have no agenda and no home to go to – so I stop for a few seconds and look a little lost for direction until I figure out where to go next to waste more time waiting for the said internet service to become available;;; but I’m not actually lost, obviously not, I’ve got nowhere to go. A group of men come my way all at once this evening, who were only going home and suddenly started judging me like I’m some nut case (according to their diminished judgment for whatever reason) but in actual fact, it’s just homelessness.

The Rosary: to all you guys who are reading this post and are devoted to your religious practises too, you have got no idea how hard it is trying to find a space somewhere out there where you are not going to be interrupted during prayers, as a homeless person. At home you can light a candle, switch the phones off and shut the door, which is how I like to pray, but out on the streets you can’t and the churches in this country shut too early and I’m not going to love God any less because of it. Tonight I found an awkward place to say my daily prayers, near a real-estate agent on the Sliema Shore Front because I was sure not to be interrupted but it’s not practical during business hours for obvious reasons; that’s why I often walk and pray but if anyone has any other idea’s please let me know because in public access areas, everyone’s welcome and when I’m praying, it should be just me and God – my source.

Towels and clothes left outside not belonging to me: I do not collect these but if I think it’s going to rain and I am in the position to do so, I will put them inside an entrance way of the nearing apartment block – if they are too good to throw away – for someone else to make use of them. The amount of waste in this country is pathetic and the amount of people that cry poor is even worse!

Oh I nearly forgot to mention restarting the computers. At the Fortuna Hotel, they computers are set on auto re-start (and doesn't allow me to upload pictures on my web-pages because of a security certificate I believe);;; I have often started using a computer from a hotel that another guest forgot to log out of and when I type in ‘Gmail’ for example (or facebook), their accounts automatically open without warning. A hotel manager has advised me to restart the computers before use as this apparently logs everyone out (for privacy reasons) and when I haven’t got time to log out or simply can’t be bothered, I also restart the computers; this does not in any shape or form excuse my husband from parking outside with his laptop possibly spoiling usage.

It never ceases to amaze me that if anyone else behaves like this (as described above) no one even raises an eyebrow but God help if it comes from me, suddenly I’m suspected of paranoia putting into question my mental health. WTF Seriously is this victimisation or just my punishment for having a big mouth and blowing the whistle on members of the community with influential pull who are abusing their power of position and engaging in crimes of corruption.

Wasn’t it our government who promised to eradicate all forms of corruption by enforcing the whistle blowers act? Where is my protection from victimisation type investigations, should there be any?

SUSPECIONS OF PARANOIA IS A SILENCING TACTIC – IN FACT THE OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK

...and before you answer that, think about comparing apples with apples next time, who in their right mind would compare the behaviour (and presentation) of a homeless person who is obviously under daily stress to that of a person who is adequately fed and housed; think about what it’s like to be homeless with no family left and nowhere to go trying to pursue an education that nobody wants to give because you’ve got a big mouth and the truth not only hurts, it scares them!

...and ministers aren’t even bothering to respond to your urgent requests to put aside for you only 10 minutes to meet with you out of the their busy schedule to fix the problem;;; to house you independently because whistle blowers cannot possibly be expected to live in communal type arrangements where there are likely to be problems that are swept under the carpet to keep reputations intact, and especially where there are concerns of police corruption passing around hush money that turn people who were once deemed as credible citizens into very good liars and thieves, gaining at the expense of others because greedy is easy!

...and then requesting to self-represent in your legal affairs or at least a one off arrangement to communicate directly with judge for the purpose of applying for a maintenance order because the Chairperson for the Commission of Domestic Violence who does legal aid cases by way of profession, has refused to take your case – effectively keeping you homeless.

If that’s not fu*ked up, I don’t know what is!
